Born and raised in New Orleans, I was surrounded by great cooks. My grandmothers, aunts, and my mother were always cooking these wonderful creole and southern foods that were just amazing. I wanted to learn every recipe and made them over and over until I got them right.  I've been cooking and serving these wonderful dishes for 35 years!
